1- How long can l come for ?
The minimum booking is for one week . However, we would encourage a 3 or 4 week stay to get the most out of your experience abroad.
2- What if l don’t speak any English ?
This is fine, from the moment you reach the airport until you go home, we will be on hand to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable, worthwhile stay and hopefully improve your English for you too.
You will find that your English improves quickly once you are with us, having the opportunity to practise your English every day.
3- Do boys and girls sleep in separate accommodation?
YES – There is separate male and female accommodation at all of our centres.
4- Do the staff live in the same sleeping areas as the students?
YES – Almost all of our staff our residential and therefore sleep in the same
accommodation blocks as students (separate male and female accommodation).
5- Is my child met at the airport on arrival and taken back to the airport on departure?
YES –ALS offers a complimentary airport transfer service for students on all of our courses arriving between 05:00-22:00.
6- Are ALS staff with the students 24 hours a day?
YES – Every centre has residential staff with someone available for emergency contact during the night.
7- Are the students’ travel documents and pocket money kept by the ALS Manager in a safe place?
YES – Each centre keeps a safe in a secure location in order to look after student’s passports, flight tickets and pocket money. Pocket money can be given back to students during “banking hours” with the Centre Manager
8- Do the students speak English all day long?
YES – Thanks to the large amount of different nationalities on all of our courses, English is the lingua franca – ensuring that all students speak to each other in English.
9- Is there a laundry service provided for my child ?
YES – Free laundry Services is included in the course fees, and the laundry is done weekly
10 WHO will teach and lead my child studies ?
The English teacher are qualified EFL native speakers (English as Foreing Language), and the academic courses teachers are qualified native subject teachers. They are friendly, fun,enthusiastic
